Mission
To reinforce and add to the heritage of the Bridger Canyon community and to ensure a vibrant future for the area while
respecting its beauty and use by the local community.
Introduction
In November of 2005, Bridger Canyon Partners LLC (BCP) purchased 350 acres of land in the Bridger Base Area. The land is
adjacent to Bridger Bowl, Bozeman's popular local ski hill, and Bohart Ranch, a Nordic skiing center. The base area will be
designed and built in the spirit of the area's unique history and character.

Statement of Intent
Growth in the base area carries with it significant responsibilities. Our goal is to improve the base area in a way that honors
the best of the past while looking to the needs of the future. The neighboring Bridger Bowl Ski Area is an important icon in
the ski world. It has successfully operated as a non-profit ski hill since 1955 with a mission to provide quality skiing at an
affordable price. Bridger Canyon Partners embraces Bridger Bowl’s rich history and mission. This will be a private project planned with local input. The majority of improvements are intended for
public use and this is an opportunity to create a special place for the community.
