Location
The Bridger Ski Area lies on the east side of the Bridger Range, a 20 minute drive northeast of Bozeman through scenic Bridger
Canyon and 30 minutes from Gallatin Field which provides direct flights into Bozeman from a number of major cities. Bozeman
is home to Montana State University, and is nestled in the Gallatin Valley 100 miles north of Yellowstone Park.

Land Facts
The Base Area land was previously owned by the 360 Ranch Corporation. Development rights and zoning regulations on the Bridger
Bowl Base Area were established by a 1996 State Supreme Court ruling. This Supreme Court ruling was a clarification of Zoning
Regulations established in the 1970's. Bridger Canyon Zoning district set forth that a Base Area of 400 acres was to be a part
of the 55,000 acres Zoning District. Bridger Canyon Partners will follow these established Zoning Guidelines. (Details on zoning
